  If I could give them negative stars I would've, the staff here is absolutely horrible. It doesn't matter if you have a store card (the highest level too) they refused to take back their merchandise even though one item was damaged because I misplaced my original receipt mind you I showed them my purchase receipt online with the amounts and SKU numbers. I paid $24 each for 4 items so a little under $100, they wanted to give me a store credit for 74 cents each item. At that point why wouldn't I just keep the clothing considering I will be paying for it on my house card with interest too!! The online representatives were no help either. No wonder 150 stores are being closed nation wide, obviously they don't care anymore. I'll be paying off my card & closing my account.
